All orders will be shipped the same day where possible. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and let us know. An email order cofirmation will be automatically sent to the billing email when an order is completed. A tracking number will be emailed to the bill to email after the order has been shipped and processed. Some orders will require 2-5 day lead times when items are out of stock or backordered. Customer service will contact you if long lead times are encountered.
Returns / RMA
All RMA merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the issuance of the RMA number; No returns of any type will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) number on the outside of the box. Shipments without an RMA number will not be accepted. An RMA number can be obtained by opening a ticket at our online help desk or by calling 800-757-3978.
All products contain a tamper proof bar code serial number label. Returned items with disturbed or removed bar code labels will not be accepted. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns where product was ordered in error and will not be replaced.
