All orders will be shipped the same day where possible. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and let us know. An email order cofirmation will be automatically sent to the billing email when an order is completed. A tracking number will be emailed to the bill to email after the order has been shipped and processed. Some orders will require 2-5 day lead times when items are out of stock or backordered. Customer service will contact you if long lead times are encountered

Returns

All RMA merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the issuance of the RMA number; No returns of any type will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) number on the outside of the box. Shipments without an RMA number will not be accepted. An RMA number can be obtained by emailing us at support@KeyphonesDirect.com or by calling 800-757-3978.

All products contain a tamper proof bar code serial number label. Returned items with disturbed or removed bar code labels will not be accepted. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

Terms and Conditions

Place KeyPhonesDirect.com (KPD) will strive to keep all items in stock and available for shipping. KPD reserves the right to change prices and availability of items without notice for events such as but not limited to, manufacturer backorders, product discontinuation, and price changes. KPD reserves the rights to cancel orders and refund payment in the event items are unavailable and a suitable replacement cannot be obtained. KPD assumes no liability for the customer’s use of products purchased or their fitness for intended use. KPD may refuse orders where credit card fraud is suspected. All fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All expressed or implied warranties are limited to replacement of parts only. KPD accepts no contingent liability beyond the price charged for any product it sells.
